Is there a free trial?
Yes! You get a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. Explore all features and set up your booking forms before committing.
What's included in the $29.99/month?
Everything — unlimited booking forms, drivers, vehicles, SMS and email notifications, driver mobile app, payment collection, custom branding, analytics, and more. You also get 50 rides and 200 SMS messages included each month.
What happens if I go over 50 rides?
Additional rides beyond 50 are billed at $0.75 each at the end of your billing cycle. Additional SMS messages beyond 200 are $0.07 each. You can track your usage in real time from the dashboard.
Will the price go up?
Your launch price of $29.99/month is locked in for 12 months from the day you subscribe. We'll give you at least 60 days notice before any price changes.
How does the booking form embed work?
You add a single script tag to your website. The booking form renders natively on your page — no iframes. It inherits your site's look and feel, and you can customize colors, fields, and vehicle options from the dashboard.
Do I need to set up a payment processor?
Payment collection is optional. If you want to collect payments at booking time, you connect your own Stripe account in the dashboard settings. We never touch your funds — payments go directly to your Stripe account.
Do I need my own Twilio account for SMS?
No. You can use our built-in SMS with a free phone number — your 200 included messages cover most small operators. If you prefer, you can also connect your own Twilio account for unlimited messaging at your own cost.
Can my drivers use their own phones?
Yes. The driver app works on both iOS and Android. Drivers log in with a simple code and phone verification — no email or password needed. They see their assigned rides, customer details, and can update statuses on the go.
Can I use RideSimple for non-airport rides?
Definitely. While we're built with airport transfers in mind, RideSimple handles point-to-point rides, corporate accounts, hourly charters, and any other service type you offer. The pricing engine is flexible enough to support all of them.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each company's data is fully isolated. We use industry-standard authentication and follow security best practices. We never share or sell your data.
