  • Payment information (processed securely through Stripe — we never store card numbers)
  • Usage data (feature usage, page views, error logs)
  • Communications (support emails, contact form submissions)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and improve the RideSimple platform
  • Process bookings and send notifications on your behalf
  • Bill for subscription and usage-based charges
  • Provide customer support
  • Send product updates and service announcements

3. Data Isolation

Each company's data is fully isolated. Operators can only access their own bookings, customers, drivers, and settings. We never share one operator's data with another.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate RideSimple:

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Clerk — authentication and user management
  • Twilio — SMS messaging
  • Resend — email delivery
  • Supabase — database hosting
  • Sentry — error monitoring

Each service processes data according to their own privacy policies. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

5. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We follow industry-standard security practices including secure authentication, role-based access control, and regular security reviews.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for 90 days before permanent deletion, giving you time to export or reactivate.
